eBook Refund Policy

eBooks are digital products delivered immediately to your private library after payment is verified. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final once substantial access has occurred.

We issue a full refund if you were charged more than once for the same title, if a technical fault prevents you from opening the book and we cannot resolve it, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before substantial reading has taken place.

Contact us from the Contact page using the email address on your receipt and include your order reference. We respond to refund requests within five business days.

Consumers in some regions have statutory rights of withdrawal for digital content. Where those rights apply, they are not affected by this policy. By completing checkout and opening the book you may be asked to acknowledge that access begins immediately.
